Guy de Maupassant and Jacques Offenbach had magnificent villas here, where they hosted and partied with their friends. Claude Monet visited Etretat several times, immortalizing the village and its cliffs in his world-famous paintings.

The gardens of Etretat offer a stroll in a botanical garden, set on the cliff of Amont, and give an exceptional view of the Falaise d'Aval.
