Our loft-style maisonnette / studio (with a mezzanine) has been refurbished in 2021. We love it and hope you will too! It´'s located a 10-minute walk from the sea. The houses of Maurice Leblanc (author of Arsène Lupin) and Guy de Maupassant are right next door. 

The downstairs living area has a sofa bed and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen which includes (coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, etc.), the bedroom which is located on the mezzanine can be accessed via a staircase opening onto the living area. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. The garden is very pleasant, with an outdoor dining table and deckchairs. A barbecue is also available for sunbathing in the garden

It's possible to telework here, as we have a good internet connection (tried and tested!).

Bed linen and towels are provided.

We offer a free parking space, which is quite rare in Etretat and should be taken into account that it could be very complicated to park in the town.

All we ask is that you take care of our cottage as if it were your own

- by train to Le Havre and then by bus (Etretat bus station is two minutes from the house)

Activities: walking or cycling; golf; tennis; ping pong; yoga; massage; visit to Les Jardins d'Etretat; casino; surfing; kayaking, local market, Etretat museum, Maurice Leblanc museum, spa & brunch at Le Donjon (we'll share all addresses and contacts with you).

Note: the garden is shared with a house and a small chalet, but each unit has its own part of the garden with table and deckchairs.
